ShelfToWorld is a mail-rental beta. The way to reach a person is email. There is no contact form and no third-party helpdesk.
Write to support@shelftoworld.com. Include your account email, the rental or listing title, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots of the rental thread help. Do not send card numbers or a Stripe secret key.
Email supportIf the inbox says waiting for borrower payment, the borrower opened a request and left Stripe Checkout. Accept stays off until that payment is confirmed. Decline is still available. The borrower can open the rental and choose Complete payment.
Earnings may say your previous Connect account can’t be reused. That saved Express account is from an earlier Stripe setup and is not on this test platform. Use Reconnect. Payouts stay paused until Stripe marks the new test account ready. Nothing is paid out by the message itself.
Open EarningsMovie discs and music CDs default to USPS Media Mail, which often takes 2–8 business days. Ground Advantage is the faster upgrade on the quote. Video games, board games, books, magazines, comics, and manga stay on Ground Advantage only. The amount on the quote is still an estimate until a live label is purchased. How a padded envelope and prepaid return work is on How it works. Refundable hold is 10% of replacement value. A $5.00 minimum applies for new borrowers, fewer than 3 ratings, and open disputes. Borrowers with at least 3 ratings averaging 4.0 or higher and no open dispute skip that $5.00 floor. An average under 3.0 after 3 ratings adds $10.00.
