$15.00 per month is an access fee: one title out at a time. It is not a postage balance. Each loan adds estimated round-trip postage plus insurance and a refundable hold. Movie discs and music CDs default to USPS Media Mail (Notice 123 fallback $8.78; an EasyPost sandbox quote replaces it when configured), which often takes 2–8 business days. Ground Advantage ($17.50 fallback) is the faster upgrade on those titles. Video games, board games, books, magazines, comics, and manga stay on Ground Advantage only. Board games, collector editions, and big box sets still add the oversize surcharge.

- Refundable hold is 10% of replacement value. A $5.00 minimum applies for new borrowers, fewer than 3 ratings, and open disputes. Borrowers with at least 3 ratings averaging 4.0 or higher and no open dispute skip that $5.00 floor. An average under 3.0 after 3 ratings adds $10.00.
